Good Counsel....on a Stick

It was a beautiful morning, and I was out for a walk around the lake. 

 As I turned a corner on the path, I noticed a handwritten sign attached to a post. It was poster-sized, with bold letters scrawled so one could easily read the words.  The sign read:

 Don’t tell God how big your problems are.

 Tell your problems how big your God is!

 “My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.”   Ps. 62:7

The message gave me something to ponder for some time. It makes a pretty powerful point, don’t you think?!! Theology made simple, on the side of a walking path!

Good counsel on a stick.
